Definitely. The Steelers are in it every year. Some concerns are that sometimes when the rushing game isn't working, the Steelers go pass heavy. They are a hard, run first team, and need to make that their main identity. Their offensive line has to do a better job protecting Big Ben, because he got hit a lot during the Superbowl. I feel that they need to work on their secondary. Sometimes Troy might have a really bad game because he gambles a lot, so they need to have a better corner or safety to help him out. Ike Taylor(their best corner) is a free agent, so they have to resign him. They should improve on the offensive line, defensive secondary, and maybe get a better offensive coordinator. I don't really like the way Bruce Arians coordinates their offense.

I know that the NFC WEST is not the best division. but i think this year there will be 3 possible playoff teams in that division. and i think each of them will have 8 wins or more. my biggest problem is that you have the vikings at 3-13. i find this hard to believe considering what they went through last year and still managed 6-10. i dont think they'll make the playoffs or anything but come on. What is the Clear film that built up in my fish tank?

So i had a fish tank set up, and before i moved (for about a month) i gave my fish to someone and didnt do anything about the water (I know its bad, but it was so hectic moving i didnt have time). Anyway, i just restarted my tank at my new place and i have been trying to cycle the tank. All appropriate chemicals have been added to start a new tank, but now there is a clear "film" over every surface in the tank. It also looks like there are hundreds of "Particles" floating around in the tank. All the levels (Ph, ammonia, nitrate and nitrite) are within normal range, and the tank has been thouroughly scrubbed before i readded water. I tried to put small fish in there to test out the water and they all died within 24 hours. Im at a loss for whats going on, so if anyone can please help me, i really want my fish back...

My shin splint pain has moved upward, what does this mean?

I've had shin splints for the longesttttt time ever!(since April) And I've done about everything under the sun to try and get rid of them but nothing seems to have worked. I rested, got orthoditics in my shoes, built up slowly after rest, have been strengthening my hip and core muscles along with balance and stability, and have been icing 3 times a day for 20 minutes each, and running on only soft surfaces now that I have had to start training for cross country again. This is everythingggg that has been suggested to me and I'm running out of options, I was checked for a stress fracture about a week ago and its likely that that's not the problem. Now the pain seems to have moved upward, to the point where it almost seems like it's not quite in my shin anymore? It's pretty close to my knee now, but not quite up high enough that its knee pain but it still doesn't feel like shin pain. I don't know what this means or if this is serious so if you have any suggestions or comments, anything is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much everyone!!

Ok sorry this will probably be long, but here it goes! I have been TTC for 2 yrs with my husband, after 6 months of nothing, I went 80 days without a period and went to see my OBGYN. He put me on Clomid to make me ovulate and low and behold we got pregnant after the first month (1yr after starting to TTC) I then miscarried at 6 weeks and 3 days, my OBGYN told me this could be normal and to just keep trying. We got pregnant again 2 months later and miscarried at 6 weeks to the day. My OBGYN then told me when I get preg agian that I was going to be using progesterone suppositories to boost my hormone levels up in an effort to keep the baby. We got preg for the 3rd time and lost again at 6 weeks 4 days! My doctor now gave me 11 different deficiency blood test and my husband and I had to go through chromosome testing. but the problem I am having is that the chromosome testing takes about 5 months to come back and it has only been a month and i am already going crazy and don't know if I can last until October to find out if we can even ever have children as a couple! I guess I am just looking for some positive feedback in regards to people whom may have gone through this and eventually had the blessing of a child. All my life I knew all I really wanted was children and now that I am married, financially stable and have a great home and life, it seems like it will never happen! Cambered boards are superior to rockers in these conditions, as the cambered shape adds stability at speed (rockered boards are fun, but at speed they get squirrely and unstable). Also, the camber shape provides a solid landing off of jumps, and although some people can kill it on big jumps in the park on rockers, if you land on the tail or nose off a jump on a rockered board it is really hard to recover. I parked in an underground parking garage and a pipe was leaking, well that pipe leaked onto my vehicle. The leak went down my windshield and next to my windshield wipers. Teflon coating on George Foreman?

I have a George Foreman Grill with Teflon coating on the top and bottom heat surfaces (black coating), but after cleaning the grill with a bristle cleaner, the coating has flaked off, in relatively small amounts (exposed lines here and there where you can see the underlying metal). I think he's truly a really depressed person and I just make him happy on the surface, but when it's time for him to feel anything negative it hits, HARD. (Oh, and I know he wasn't just saying this stuff to make me feel bad because I confronted him about him trying to be manipulative and I'm smarter than him. I would be able to realize it.) And I know he "needs help" and I should tell him to see a therapist but he's very aware of himself and the worst part is I feel the exact same way he does. I'm just as depressed, and occasionally just as suicidal. He brought up an idea that maybe we should kill ourselves together. And right now I'm like noooooo way and even he would never consider it now but in moments of severe emotional distress I'm really scared for what will happen. ok, really tender nipples, fuller breasts all together. slight or mild discomfort in both sides of my lower abdomen.. surface area of both ovaries. my fiance says im moodier to him then i have ever been. i have a bloaty like bubbly feeling in my lower abdomen where my uterus is. more heartburn then usual. and lots of fatigue. all this started happening a little more than 4 or 5 days ago. and my fiance and i made sure i layed still after intercourse for about an hour during ovulation. my period isn't due until july 1st.. i have been tracking my cycle religiously over the past 6 months. the doc said my ovulation time would be between the 15th thru the 20th of this month. so had intercourse every other day between those dates. i have had a few miscarriages with my ex so, im weary about any pregnancy. my last cycle started june 7th. and my cycle is roughly ever 25-27 days. i have been feeling more hungry, not sure if that has anyting to do with it. i bought a pack of 2 clearblue hpt. will wait to test until this wkend, if my period isn't present. anyways, i just wanted to get womens p.o.v on past successful pregnancies. now i wont jump the gun and get excited yet, cuz i have heard these symptoms can be caused by stress, changes in cycle, depression and other possbilities other than pregnancy. but we'll see come sat morn what the hpt says

4 weeks pregnant and really nervous!?

So i just found out im 4 weeks pregnant, this is my second baby and so many people around me have had miscarriages with their second children that I know. I'm terrified thats going to be me.
