Do you think the Bears can win the division in 2011?

This isn't a shot at Bears fans. I am looking for realistic explanations. I think the Bears are a decent team and they proved that last year by getting an 11-5 record and making it to the championship game. But some believe the Bears will win the NFC North. What about the Packers? I think the Packers are better than the Bears both on paper and overall. Not to say the Bears won't make it to the playoffs. But why are some fans stating that the Bears will win the division next season?
