Is taking a contraceptive pill thrice a month dangerous?

My girlfriend and I engaged in unprotected sex the first 2 times this month, once on the 11th of this month and once on the 20th. She took an emergency pill both the times immediately after that. She suffered from bleeding for a week. Yesterday, we engaged in protected sex. But after some time, we realized that the condom had come off and we were continuing without it. Though I am sure I ejaculated while using the condom, I am not sure if I did without it again and I do not know if the semen on the penis surface would have gotten in her. Also, she washed and wiped her vagina as soon as we realized that. Is it advisable to go for another contraceptive pill, this month?
