Are the Chicago Bears better than the Green Bay Packers?

I know obviously that the Packers won the Superbowl and beat the Bears twice last season (one of which led the Packers to the Superbowl [NFC Championship]) but are the Packers truly better. For instance the last game of the regular season the Packers bearly beat us 10-3 to get to the playoffs a game that was obviously a must win for the Packers (the Packers gave more that game but i think if Bears were in same situation the Packers were in that game we wouldve won). Also the NFC championship was mainly won because of the injuries at QB (i know cutler wasnt playing good at all but couldve played better in second half) i personaly think if we wouldve brought Caleb Hanie in right after Cutler got injured and not joke Todd Collins (I wanted Hanie to come in right when he got injured Collins is a statue who isnt even good at throwing at least Hanie is very mobile) we wouldve been marching to the Superbowl (the thing i hated the most about the whole game was that wr end around on 3rd and like 2 on the last drive that lost us like 3 yards putting us into a tough 4 and 5 if we wouldve ran it up the gut that play it woulda probably picked us up a yard or so putting us in a more managable 4th down)
